On the recommendation of the Council, Mr. J. E. Greenhill was elected one of the Honorary Members of the Club, in recognition of services rendered in connection with the establishment of the Epping Forest Museum. Elliott said it appeared to him that the Library of the Club at present in the rooms at Chelmsford, should be removed to the Forest district, and so located that it could be seen and used on the occasions of the Club's Winter Meetings. He thought it was high time that their Library should be rendered serviceable to the great body of the members. He therefore moved :— " That it is desirable that the Library of the Club should be removed from Chelmsford to the Forest District."
