The Club has also published three volumes of Special Memoirs, viz.: Report on the East Anglian Earthquake of April, 22nd, 1884, by Prof. Raphael Meldola, F.R.S., F.C.S., F.R.A.S., M.A.I., &c., and William White, F.E.S., Member of Geologists' Association; The Birds of Essex, by Miller Christy, F.L.S.; and The Mammals, Reptiles & Fishes of Essex, by Henry Laver, F.L.S., F.S.A., &c. Vice-President. And in connection with the Museums a series of Handbooks are in course of publication and will be continued from time to time as may be necessary. All the publications are still obtainable, but some are rare, and those desiring complete sets must make early application for them. W.C. December, 1902.
