on Salix repens at Tiptree Heath, which is in all pro-
bability this species. The species of Melampsora have
for their aecidioform the species of Caeoma, and it has
been proved by culture experiments that the species
occurring on Salix repens is connected with Caeoma
orchidis Alb. and Schw. (q.v.).
