Common in sandy mud with the last mentioned. Weymark's
Sluice transect St.2 (August 1959 and 6.2.1961).
Pygospio elegans (Claparede)
Bradwell shore in September 1958 and October 1960.
Polydora ciliata (Johnston)
Commonly found boring into shells of oysters and Crepidula
on oyster beds and generally on the bottom where there is shell.
Also in chalk pebbles on the shore.

One record, from Bradwell Creek in muddy gravel near low
water mark.
