If you are planning to write an article for
publication, whatever its length and whether you have
written for publication a hundred times over or never,
PLEASE contact me before you start writing. I can then
discuss any problems with you, and send you the details
of the exact way in which the article should be set out
for the printer, how the illustrations should be drawn
and labelled and so on. If done correctly at first
this can save hours of work later - and if you are
unable to type or draw your own illustrations, then I
can usually arrange to get someone to do it for you.

Shows 1975.
Our displays get better and more successful each
year. At the Dagenham Town Show this year (12-13 July)
we will have 270sq.ft.to fill. The Writtle show is on
Saturday 19th July and we will probably be at the
Ingatestone and Havering Shows as well.
We need transport. Boxes of stuffed animals,
artificial ponds and display material fills several
cars including the roof racks. If you have a shoot-
ingbrake, van or lorry then please let me know. We
also organise a rota of people manning the stands
and the more people we have the less work per person.
