1 WINTER 1990 NUMBER 42 EDITORIAL Another year draws to an end; it seems only yesterday that the first spring migrants airrived. The summer was long and hot and even now in December lakes and reservoirs are very low despite recent rain. Our traditional conversations about the weather have changed from complaints of cold and too much rain to exactly the opposite. I would like to thank all those Members who have contributed to the Bulletin throughout the year. Have a very happy and healthy 1991.
