of this and/or the next species is wdspd but the two cannot be separated. Overall this seems to be

VC 18.49 High Beach, larvae taken by T. Eedle in 1868; on 7 October of that year he took CH
to the spot to look for adults but they were unsuccessful (Healy diary). I searched the maples at
High Beach in 1978-1979 but could find no trace of larval feeding.
