Agreement with the London Borough of Newham 3. The Club hereby agrees with the Council: a) that it will no later than 31st March 2000 remove from any premises owned or occupied by the Council any collections or other items vested in the Club whether under this Agreement or otherwise b) that it will pay the Council the sum of £ 1,200 for each calendar month or part of a calendar month after 31st March 2000 during which it has failed to comply fully with its obligation under Clause 3(a) hereof c) that the Council may retain the Club's share of the balance of the Museum Fund as referred to in Clause 2(e) hereof until the Club has fully complied with its obligation under Clause 3(a) hereof d) that in addition and without prejudice to any other remedies which may be available to it the Council may recover any sums which may become payable under Clause 3(b) hereof by deducting the same from the Club's share of the balance of the Museum Fund 4. The Council hereby agrees with the Club that if the Council finds in its possession any item which should form part of the General Collection or the Library or which is sufficiently relevant to the Club's area of interest (i.e. natural history and geology) as to justify it forming part of the Club's collection or library the Council will forthwith transfer such item to the Club IN WITNESS whereof the Council has caused its Common Seal to be hereunto affixed and the said JOHN BATH PETER ALLEN and JEREMY DAGLEY have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written THE COMMON SEAL of THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM was hereunto affixed in the presence of: Essex Naturalist (New Series) 19 (2002)
